I got an internship out of state so I am subleasing my room at The Thompson for the summer!
Literally no complaints about this place. Great amenities, fully furnished, maintenance is quick and on top of things, balcony view of the pool. I room with three other girls who are super nice and clean. (One other roommate is also subleasing so if you have a friend who you want to move in with let me know!)
Rent usually sits around $600-650 + utilities. I will cover May rent so you will only be responsible for June and July. I will also pay $100 towards each month. No move-in fees.
Move-in date would be around the weekend after finals (May 18) and the lease ends July 31. It's a 4/4 townhome and my bedroom is the only room downstairs. Private bathroom and walk-in closet.
